The event will feature Music City’s brightest stars and is sponsored by DeAngelis Diamond.

The concert in Founder’s Square will feature three bands born out of the Babcock Jams program, which aims to foster community and unite residents through music. The renowned Nashville-based guitarist and singer-songwriter Dave Isaacs, known as the “Nashville Guitar Guru,” will headline the event with his band’s dynamic blend of country, blues, and rock, having significantly impacted the community.

For the past six months, Isaacs has been instrumental in organizing and directing the Babcock Jams program, which was the catalyst for the formation of the two other bands set to perform: The Ranch Hands and Garganta.

The band Garganta features vocalist Natasha Cabernite, who started performing at Babcock Ranch in a weekly music series called Babcock Bandstand. The band also includes Babcock Ranch residents Jon Paulus on bass, Melissa Habercorn, Ken Habercorn, and Amy Noel Walters on vocals and percussion, and Isaacs on guitar and vocals. All members contribute their own musical backgrounds to create a unique and vibrant sound.

The Ranch Hands, another Babcock Jams creation, is a bluegrass band created by Kitson & Partners’ COO Al Dougherty and Isaacs, who share a love for bluegrass and the Grateful Dead. The band also includes Babcock Ranch’s Ecologic Waste Management operations manager Tony Marinacci and other members, with Isaacs on the mandolin.

The evening will feature a high-energy country-blues-rock style performance by Dave Isaacs’ electric band. The band will be joined by keyboardist Al Speed from Port St. Lucie, bassist Keith Kenyon from the Scott Holt Band and drummer Ed Simpson from the Clint Black Band in Nashville for an unforgettable night of music.

The Americana Bash concert not only promises an evening of exceptional music but also aims to raise awareness about the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts to support at-risk children in Southwest Florida.
