Meet the winners of the 2024 BabyCenter Best Car Awards

The arrival of a child brings a million questions to mind, and one of them is: Can my car handle everything I need it to do? After all, a family vehicle must accommodate a car seat for every kid and provide enough space to transport a stroller, diaper bag, and all the items parents need to carry everywhere. It must be reliable enough that drivers don’t have to worry about being stranded with a broken-down vehicle – or stuck with expensive auto repairs on top of all the money they must already spend as parents.

If you’re looking at the long list of possible car options and wondering which one might be right for your family, fear not. The BabyCenter Best Car Awards recognize the best, most spacious, and most reliable vehicles for families of every stripe.

How the BabyCenter Best Car Awards were chosen

We asked BabyCenter parents to share the vehicles they drive, along with a star rating (out of five), based on how likely they are to recommend them to other families. About 500 new or expecting parents voted in our survey, which also included questions about the ages of their children, the number and types of car seats in the vehicle, and the features they value the most. We used the results, along with qualitative feedback from our BabyCenter Community and our team of editors (who are also parents!), to select the BabyCenter Best Car Awards winners of 2024.
