San Angelo ISD Announces Additional New Principal and Leadership for the 2024-2025 School Year
San Angelo ISD is pleased to announce additional new principal and district leadership in advance of the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Dr. Marissa Contreras Guerrero is the new principal of Bradford Elementary, replacing Berta Sepulveda. Dr. Guerrero most recently served as associate principal at Lincoln Middle School for the past five years. She has been in education for 30 years, all with San Angelo ISD. Dr. Guerrero started her journey with San Angelo ISD as a bus driver and after completing college she served as a secondary mathematics teacher. She also served as a mathematics department head, instructional coach, at-risk coordinator and assistant principal. Dr. Guerrero holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Angelo State University and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and School Administration from Texas Tech University.
