Justice declares state of emergency over drought in all WV counties
Prolonged shortages of rain have led to drought conditions throughout the entire state, Gov. Jim Justice said Friday. Justice declared a state of emergency in all 55 counties in an effort to help farmers, he said.

Frederick, Md (KM) A part of Annandale Road from Hampton Valley Road to the 17247 address west of Emmitsburg will be closed for about three weeks beginning on August 5th.
