Tim Walz on Tuesday will visit the site of disastrous flooding in southern Minnesota, which partially damaged a dam and led to the destruction of at least two historic buildings.Raging waters caused an abutment of the 114-year-old Rapidan Dam to partially fail on June 24. (FOX 9) - Prosecutors are asking for the removal of the judge just assigned to oversee the burglary case against Minnesota state Senator Nicole Mitchell. Mitchell (DFL-Woodbury) is accused of breaking into her stepmother's home in Detroit Lakes in April, dressed all in all-black, in the middle of the night. According to the criminal complaint, Mitchell admitted to police she knew she did "something bad" and said she had come to get some of her late father's possessions.

8 Charged In Central MN Human Trafficking Case
UNDATED (WJON News) -- Eight people have been arrested and charged for human trafficking in the St. Cloud Area. The Central Minnesota Human Trafficking Task Force says seven people were arrested for attempting to purchase sex, a gross misdemeanor, and one person was arrested for felony-level electronic solicitation of a child.
St. Cloud man accused of leading police on 30-mile chase
(Melrose MN-) A St. Cloud man faces several charges after a police chase Monday. The Stearns County Sheriff's Department says 37-year-old Jamie Curtis Tottingham was arrested for felony Fleeing Police in a Motor Vehicle and suspicion of Driving While Under the Influence. Deputies attempted to stop Tottingham in the city of St. Cloud for traffic violations. Tottingham refused to stop and led law enforcement on a pursuit which ultimately ended near Melrose. Tottingham was taken into custody and transported to the Stearns County Jail.
