The Capital Region Chamber presented a ribbon cutting for Milas Restaurant 518. Kaytrin and Devin Ziemann have already been making their mark in downtown Schenectady, and this is their second restaurant in town (Ziemann Hospitality also owns the Nest at 512 State Street). Devin has been a restaurant chef for over 15 years, while Kaytrin studied dietetics and food service management at SUNY Oneonta which opened her eyes to the value in Hospitality. They have invested in a stunning environment, and care deeply about the guest experience from start to finish, with quality ingredients and in-house culinary creations. Senator Jim Tedisco presented owners Devin and Kaytrin Zeimann with the NYS Senate Empire Award to celebrate this outstanding local business.
