The Maryland Transportation Authority police announced the arrest of a Baltimore County man after a crash on I-95 in Baltimore City on Thursday afternoon. MDTA officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the northbound lanes of I-95 near O’Donnell Street shortly before 4 p.m. and identified one of the drivers as 24-year-old Marcus Harris.
