Sounds like this company has a pattern of unsafe marine operations regularly unfortunately. I'd like to see companies like this held liable for any and all violations and particularly when it results in the loss of life-especially when the company(ies) neglected to follow safety procedures and precautions regulations.

Government get the ball rolling then goes after responsible parties to recoup money.Your insurance company does the same thing. They repair your car then go to responsible party and their insurance company to get paid.
