Find your summer adventure at the Queen Anne's County Public Library

Come out to any branch of the Queen Anne’s County Library in July and August to win tickets to the Baltimore Orioles, Maryland Science Center and the National Aquarium in Baltimore.

Beginning July 11, the Queen Anne’s County Library has multiple family packs of tickets to attractions in the area. Each time you visit the library you can enter to win tickets.

On July 17 at 2:30 p.m., ages 5-11 can visit the Centreville branch to participate in Maryland Science Center: Unscripted. Experience a range of demonstrations including combustion reactions, electricity, and color-changing chemistry by selecting science topics from cards with the Maryland Science Center.

On July 19 at 10:30 a.m., ages 4-10 are invited to the Kent Island branch for Talewise: Adventure of the Lost Treasure. Join us on a treasure-hunting adventure deep within the jungle. Throughout the adventure, volunteers will help the performer conduct several science experiments that bring this story to life! Together we’ll explore air pressure, energy transfer, physical vs. chemical changes and more.
