'STEM Adventure With the Science Guys' coming to nearby library branches

During the first week of August, the Science Guys of Baltimore will be visiting the Rosedale and Perry Hall branches of the Baltimore County Public Library to offer intriguing science-related demonstrations and activities.

The Science Guys are scheduled to be at the Rosedale Branch on Friday, Aug. 2, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Likewise, they will be at the Perry Hall on Monday, Aug. 5, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. These hour-long events are designed for participants of all ages.

In this thrilling show, aspiring scientists will embark on a STEM adventure and participate in a mission that reveals challenges of defying gravity and electrifying obstacles, all while exploring science principles to navigate an escape.

The activities also include the powerful forces of physics, stunning reactions of chemistry and much more.

The Science Guys of Baltimore is a branch of Mr. Bond and the Science Guys (based in Nashville, Tenn.) offering science presentations and demonstrations in the greater Baltimore area, including surrounding counties such as Harford, Howard, and Montgomery County.

Each Science Guy presentation is designed to be fun, captivating and informative on the fundamentals of the scientific method.
