It's no secret that Baltimore Ravens superstar quarterback Lamar Jackson is one of the most dominant players in the NFL. With his rare mix of size, strength and speed, he can impose his will against any opponent.

    Apparently, even against a teammate.

During his decorated college career at Louisville, Jackson made his presence felt right from the get-go. The two-time NFL MVP was so good, he accidentally injured a teammate who tried to defend him in his first-ever scrimmage with the squad.

Minnesota Vikings linebacker Jonathan Greenard, Jackson's former teammate at Louisville, witnessed what happened and shared the story on a podcast.

"He took a read zone to about 70 yards, first play. And then next time, he took another read zone and stopped on a dime. Everybody knows the story that went to Louisville," Greenard said on the "Green Light with Chris Long" podcast.

"He ended up tearing a guy's ACL based off on him cutting so hard and dude's trying to stop on a dime too. It was all she wrote."

How's that for a first impression?

On X, Jackson gave a blunt yet candid response to the incident.

"Lol bra if I didn’t move I would’ve been carted off the field," wrote the Ravens quarterback.

The 27-year-old Jackson went on to win a multitude of awards at Louisville, including the Heisman Trophy in 2016.

The dual-threat shot-caller slipped as the 32nd overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, but he's since made every team that passed on him pay.

Last season, Jackson led the Ravens to their first AFC Championship trip since 2012.
