    BangorHousing announces four new staff members

    BANGOR — As BangorHousing continues its mission to build community, four new team members are helping to accelerate the growth and goals of providing quality, affordable, environmentally responsible housing.

    Cindy Witas joined BangorHousing to lead all Real Estate Development efforts. Cindy brings expertise in real estate development finance, project management and federal regulations, particularly the low-income housing tax credit. Cindy has current projects in Bangor including a $100 million conversion of 560 units of public housing to private ownership through the Rental Assistance Demonstration program through HUD.

    TinaMarie Clary joins the team as the director of compliance and initiatives. Tina has more than 20 years of asset management and compliance expertise with careers at Key Bank and MaineHousing. Tina will be instrumental in training staff while building a strong foundation for management to be able to expand and grow the portfolio.

    Erica Gallant joins our property management team bringing nearly 15 years of experience in section 8, tax credit, Prac 202, and market rentals. She holds certificates in tax credits, COS, and CP4.

    Holly Burbank joins BangorHousing as chief financial officer. She has a remarkable career in real estate development and finance including recent experience with the Amity Companies and Evernorth. Holly will lead all financial, HR and technology efforts and will have a crucial role in managing the expansion and growth of the agency.


    BangorHousing is a quasi-governmental agency that provides housing opportunities for low to moderate income households. We accomplish this by operating a combination of 843 affordable and market rate apartments in 10 developments throughout Bangor and by administering the Housing Choice Voucher program in the City of Bangor and the surrounding towns of Hermon, Glenburn, Hampden, and Veazie.
