NORWAY – Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Kaela Delan of Naples has been appointed Customer Care Center manager AVP. Delan succeeds Jill French, who recently retired. Delan has been part of the NSB team since 2008, most recently serving as assistant manager of the Customer Care Center.

“NSB is dedicated to supporting and encouraging our team members to learn, grow, and achieve their professional and personal goals. Kaela is the personification of that commitment. She has been a hard worker and willing learner since the day she arrived, supports her team members, and provides outstanding customer service,” said Debbie Ward, regional retail banking manager RVP at Norway Savings.

Delan’s career progression has included service as a certified teller, team leader, assistant manager, and now manager of the 10-person team.

“Along the way, she has consistently participated in development programs and taken advantage of internal learning opportunities,” said Ward. “She is heavily involved in many bank initiatives and is always willing to share her wealth of knowledge with her fellow team members. She truly understands the importance of local, personalized service. This promotion is well deserved, and we’re so grateful for all Kaela brings to NSB.”
