    Man who died while being held at Penobscot County Jail identified

    A man who died at the Penobscot County Jail on Aug. 14 has been identified.

    The death of Randy Webber, 51, of Stonington remains under investigation by the Bangor Police Department. Webber had been charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, and was admitted to the jail at 2:15 p.m. on Aug. 12, according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.

    Webber was found unresponsive in his housing unit at about 7:55 a.m. on Aug. 12, according to officials. Staff on site and later the Bangor Fire Department performed live-saving efforts but he did not regain consciousness and was later pronounced dead.

    he probably ate the rest of the drugs he had on him and just didn't tell anyone , happens more then people think .
