One person is dead after a rollover crash in Brunswick, Saturday night.

Police and firefighters were called to Pleasant Street at the intersection of Range Road at about 10:17 p.m., where they found a car on its side with extensive damage, Brunswick Police Chief Scott Stewart said.

Marco Navarro, 53, of Brunswick had been traveling on Range Road when his car went through a yard and rolled over onto Pleasant Street, throwing the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, from the car, Stewart said.

Brunswick first responders attempted lifesaving measures but Navarro succumbed to his injuries.

Pleasant Street was reduced to one lane of travel for several hours while police reconstructed the crash.
