Colonels Hold Final Scrimmage Before 2024 Season
The Eastern Kentucky University football team wrapped up its final scrimmage before the 2024 season during the annual Colonel Fan Day. Quarterback Matt Morrissey showcased strong performance, throwing two touchdown passes in just the opening plays. The defense also made a mark with linebacker Kaden Smith returning an interception for a touchdown, while running back Brady Hensley capped off the scoring.
