The College of Fine Arts 2024 Hall of Fame recipients include the following. “I deeply appreciate the accomplishments of this year’s class,” said Bruce Kelley, Ph.D., dean of the College of Fine Arts. “They exemplify those characteristics that are the foundation of a Fine Arts education at USD: hard work, persistence and creative excellence. RAPID CITY, S.D. - Rapid City Parks is getting a little help limiting the damage along the creek caused by beavers. The Parks Division says beavers play an important role in Rapid Creek's watershed. However, with the number of beavers increasing, so too has the damage to trees along the creek's banks. To help limit the damage, volunteers will be helping sand-paint some of the trees.
