WASHINGTON, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A woman has been arrested and charged with fatally shooting her husband in Washington, Mo. Sunday night. According to Washington Police, officers responded to the 1500 Block of East 8th Street Sunday night after a woman called 911 to report she had shot her husband.
