Learn about meal prepping and budgeting in Bath

BATH, N.Y. ( WETM ) – If you’re interested in learning how to meal prep and budget, this workshop series might be a good option for you.

Steuben County 4-H will be utilizing the SNAP-ED NY-Southern Finger Lakes Region’s Fresh Plate Program to present a six-week “Parent and Me 4-H Food Workshop” series that will take place on Wednesdays beginning on July 17 and ending on Aug. 21. Each workshop day will run from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

During these workshops, attendees will learn about meal-prepping and budgeting ideas while also enjoying recipe samples. Free take-home meal kits will also be available.
