E. STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- Court records out of Monroe County allege a 43-year-old man recorded two girls and an adult woman in the bathroom with hidden cameras. John Swineford, 43, of East Stroudsburg is accused of recording footage of a 17-year-old and 12-year-old without their knowledge. A woman, also known to the man, is listed as an additional victim in the documents.
