New snowball stand opens in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A new snowball stand, Meltdown Snoballs, had their grand opening at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24.

Owner of Meltdown Snoballs, Zein Clayton, released the following statement on the snowball stand’s grand opening in the capital city.

“The Meltdown Snoballs began as a passion project when I was just 16 years old, and I am incredibly proud of how far we’ve come since then,” said Clayton. “With our commitment to quality and innovation, we’ve garnered a loyal customer base and are thrilled to expand our presence to Baton Rouge.”

Some of the featured items on their menu include a regular snoball, milksakes, strawberry cheesecake custom snoball, sno-shake, waffle bowl and a cotton candy custom snoball, according to their website .

Meltdown Snoballs is located at 2625 Highland Road in Baton Rouge.
