LSU Baseball defeats Wofford 13-6, advances to face North Carolina

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — LSU Baseball comes from behind to eliminate Wofford College, 13-6.

In a Sunday matchup, the Tigers faced the Terriers in the Chapel Hill Regional Double Elimination bracket at Boshamer Stadium in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

After a 6-2 loss to the University of North Carolina Saturday night, the Tigers entered the loser’s bracket with having to win three games in two days to keep their postseason alive.

Josh Pearson, Ashton Larson, Michael Braswell III, Jared Jones, Steven Milam and Tommy White are credited with scores in the matchup.

The Tigers advance to face the University of North Carolina at 5 p.m. tonight. The matchup will be broadcast on ESPN+.
