    Pacific Northwest business changes its name

    https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=0Z9VRH_0t2hzLyO00 An architecture firm based in Battle Ground, Washington, has rebranded itself to fit its mission. That mission is to bring together the potential of people and place through architecture, the firm stated in a press release.

    After almost 20 years of operations, Johansson Wing Architects has unveiled its new name: Aetta Architects .

    “The rebranding reflects our ambitions and how the company has evolved to become a thriving, multi-state architecture and interiors design firm,” founder and principal Karl Johansson stated. “It is important to us that we stay true to our roots and retain our established reputation as a trusted and dedicated partner. That will never change.”

    Aetta Architects specializes in public safety, institutional, educational and industrial projects. The firm has 26 employees in offices in Battle Ground and Longview, Washington, and Palmer, Alaska. Recently, the firm named three new associate principals: Terry Werdel, Jared Bradshaw-Vinson and Stephen M. Black.

    Some projects in Washington recently completed by Aetta Architects include: the Ridgefield Community Library in Ridgefield, Mountain View Timberland Library in Randle, Lacamas Creek Tech Center in Camas, multiple projects for the Vancouver Innovation Center in Vancouver, and the Rose Way Industrial Park at the Port of Woodland in Woodland.

    The firm is currently working on other projects in Washington: Camas-Washougal Fire District Headquarters Station 41 in Camas, the Ridgefield Recreation and Community Center in Ridgefield, Pe Ell School in Pe Ell, Portland Fireplace and Chimney in Vancouver, and the Education Center Building for Clark Public Utilities in Five Corners.
