No one told Paul Michael Ison and Tiffany Crawford that opening a new powerboat dealership would follow a hurdle-free, straight-line path. And to their credit the Kentucky-based couple didn’t expect that. Their initial plan to open Cigarette of Kentucky on the shores of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, Ky., has shifted.
