Two Suspects Wanted in Connection to Highway Patrol Trooper Shooting in Putnam County
Authorities are searching for two suspects who are wanted in connection to the shooting of Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) Trooper Adam Cothron in Cookeville on July 19th. Authorities have identified one of the suspects as 29-year-old Braze Rucker and THP is offering a $10,000 award for information leading to the arrest of Rucker. Authorities are still trying to identify the second suspect.

Tennessee House Speaker Cameron Sexton attends Whisper Aero ribbon cutting
Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster, Crossville Mayor RJ Crawford and House Speaker Cameron Sexton joined Whisper Aero Co-founders, Mark Moore and Ian Villa, for the official ribbon cutting of Whisper Aero’s Flight Test Center. Construction on the 8,000 square foot hangar at the Crossville Memorial Airport began last July. The new facility was made possible through a $1.2 million appropriation from the State of Tennessee and features a high bay area for testing and office space for onsite engineering.
