BROOKLAND, Ark. (KAIT) - Police arrested a Jonesboro man after they said he fled from police while intoxicated. On Monday, June 24, Craighead County District Judge David Boling found probable cause to charge 31-year-old Gabriel Caleb Lopez with fleeing in a vehicle, reckless driving, refusal to submit to a chemical test, DWI, and resisting arrest.
