The event will be organized by the Kemah Police Department and will be held in various neighborhoods and/or locations within Kemah on the night of Tuesday, Oct. 1. <br> National Night Out promotes partnerships between first responders and neighbors to create greater bonds and promote unity to make neighborhoods safer, and better places to live and work. The event also helps with crime prevention, by giving the community a chance to voice matters of concern and foster further discussion of future programs that may enhance services for the City of Kemah and the surrounding community. <br> If you’re interested in hosting an event in your neighborhood, you can email the City of Kemah Police Department at KPD@kemahtx.gov or call Lt.
