Weather Forecast For The San Francisco Bay Area

Daytime highs will be mostly in the 60s to 70s on the coast, 60s to 80s around the bay, and 80s to 90s inland. Overnight lows will be mostly in the 50s.

Forecasters say temps are likely to be cooler on Thursday morning across the region, with slight chances of mist and light drizzle in some areas due to a deepening marine layer. But Thursday also kicks off a warming trend in the region with temps projected near or slightly above seasonal averages, and skies clearing by late morning or early afternoon.

Subtle warming is expected for most urban areas by a few degrees but much warmer in the higher elevated areas as the air mass warms in response to high pressure.

According to the NWS, temps will return to near seasonal averages for the upcoming weekend with a warming trend through Tuesday.
