Panama City Beach man sentenced to federal prison for child pornography
BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Panama City Beach man has been sentenced to federal prison after pleading guilty to receipt and attempted receipt of child pornography. Cosme Martin Hernandez, Jr., 34, of Panama City Beach was sentenced to 7 years in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release, the sentence was announced by U.S. Attorney Jason R. Coody.

Florida Woman arrested in Mississippi on multiple felony warrants including human trafficking
PANAMA CITY, Florida - Kimberly Robinson Gandy, 46, has been arrested on multiple felony warrants, according to the Bay County Sheriff's Office.The Bay County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division announced that Gandy was wanted for human trafficking, sexual battery, and false imprisonment in Bay County. On January 28, 2024, investigators developed information that Gandy had fled to Mississippi.On February 1, 2024, investigators learned that Gandy had left her residence in Bay County upon discovering her probation would be violated due to the new charges. Bay County Warrants Investigators located her new address in Mississippi and contacted the Newton County Sheriff's Office in Newton, Mississippi.Newton County investigators found Gandy at the provided address and arrested her without incident. She will be extradited back to Bay County, Florida, with additional human trafficking charges expected, according to the Bay County Sheriff's Office.
