Contact your local city officials and tell them to clear storm drains. Flooding is not caused by “climate change” it is causes by gross mismanagement of public infrastructure. Same thing happening across the nation. Clearwater has voted to raise your storm drain fee by 8% per year until 2029. Tampa’s rate increase will be a whopping 13% with other cities in the sunshine state as high as 20% increase PER YEAR!
