It’s an opportunity for people to learn about the new draft Phase 2 general management plan, proposed improvements and planning process, followed by time for feedback and questions with DNR staff. CROSS VILLAGE — A two-car accident on Saturday left six people injured near the Blissfest grounds, according to a press release from the Emmet County Sheriff's Office. At approximately 6:23 p.m. on July 13, the Emmet County Sheriff's Office responded to an accident at the intersection of State and Division roads in Cross Village Township.
