Sussex Council to look at multifamily home rezoning, use

GEORGETOWN — At its Aug. 27 regular meeting, the Sussex County Council will review a proposed 108 multifamily home project requiring both a change of zone, and then a conditional use of that zone off Rt. 54 in Selbyville.

Double H Development last appeared at the end of July in support of the 37.5-acre project, but the initial application dates back to April 2023.

Sussex County has only received seven comments on this project, with two against and five in support.
