IRVFC Auxiliary, Indian Mission UMC spreading warmth

OAK ORCHARD – With chillier weather on the way, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and Indian Mission United Methodist Church are teaming up to provide some added warmth.

Free blankets, hats, gloves, and socks will be given out during the “Warming up the Community” event, set for Saturday, Oct. 19. These items will be available at IRFVC’s Station 1 at 32628 Oak Orchard Road, and Station 2 located at 25375 Banks Road, Millsboro.

The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., while supplies last.
