Dover State of the Base 2024 takes flight Nov. 25

DOVER—The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce’s annual State of the Base briefing takes place on Monday, Nov. 25 this year on the Landings at Dover Air Force Base from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Besides the briefing by 426 th Airlift Wing Commander Col. William C. McDonald, the event will feature remarks by U.S. Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons, as well as U.S. Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester.

Registration for the event is $30 for chamber members and $40 for nonmembers. To register, call the chamber office at 302-734-7513, or email them at adminassistant@cdcc.net . Registration is due Nov. 5.

Due to base security requirements, attendees will need to provide their full name, date of birth, their state driver’s license number, and their state of issue to be allowed onto the base.
