    Most companies don't see it that way because first off you never know whose writing your paycheck that company could be owned by the very people who you are showing hate towards. Secondly, their customers may be also! My husband's family works for an east Indian family, his mom now retired, sisters, brothers, neices, nephews, they all have for years now since he was a baby, they all own stakes in every business with them. They own 7 stores, 4 hotels and 2 restaurants. My mother in law retired just a few months back and they gave her $100,000 cash as a going away gift plus she gets a lifetime pension. They've paid her medical bills over the years also. When he and Ist met I asked him what he does for a living and said I own stakes in several different companies and he has his own VIP black car service as well. He picks up all the professional ball players and celebrities. He said he'll never have to worry about work, I'll always have employment no matter what. That's a blessing.
