I hate to say this, but I will. A person must appear able to do the job. The days of hiring the blue-eyed blondes bimbo have passed . Is Playboy,t still a magazine. You must at least look the part. Talking about it doesn't get it done.

What is the nature of her disability? And what are the requirements of the job? It's entirely possible that she would not be able to perform the required duties...and that has nothing to do with discrimination. Not everyone is a victim in today's world.
