    Ghasain Alain has described it as his duty to punish the Gazans on many occasions. His words and actions have led him to be commonly called a war criminal. This is the man who the Israelis put in charge of how much aid gets into Gaza. Right now, there is about 3 percent of what is needed. Palestinians have been resourceful. Bakeries are staying open despite being constant targets of attacks. Most of them can't get flour, so they are using animal feed and grinding it to make their products. As the trickle of food that Israel lets in moves around, so do the areas experiencing famine. Recently, it has been determined that three districts in Northern Gaza are experiencing famine. A letter signed by 99 American doctors working for Doctors Without Borders declares that they saw children starve to death every day and that the number of children who have starved to death in Gaza numbers in the thousands.
