Herpes is no joke when giving birth. I just find it strange as the usual gestation period for Herpes Simplex is approximately 14 days from infection, before the first visible symptoms “break out”. If they started experiencing symptoms very shortly after the surgery, then the likelihood is that they already had the virus which probably was triggered by the surgery. If the body is low/compromised, herpes can cause meningitis and eventually organ failure.

Well, this is TRULY HARD TO BELIEVE!! Herpes is transmitted by bodily fluids, most people have Herpes 1 and when they have an outbreak, they call it a Cold Sore, Herpes 2 is sexually transmitted and one exposure without the carrier showing any Sores, it's unlikely. These Doctors take a lot of precautions to avoid this kind of peoblems. Were the women tested before and how can the Coronary Officer unequivocally pin point the time of the infection, since for most, it takes weeks and Hundreds of Thousands show no symptoms at all!!?
