East Orange resident Rashawn Stuart is a dedicated member of Troop 5350 in Belleville. Rashawn planned, supervised and constructed 21 Wood Duck Boxes for the Essex County Environmental Center in Roseland. Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. congratulated him on his achievement and thanked him for completing his Eagle Scout project within the Essex County Park System.
