I lived there in the mid 70's, it wasn't the greatest but this is heartbreaking 💔

My Uncle grew up at 3rd and Diamond streets it was an all white neighborhood. Now there’s only black and Hispanic people Dominican and Puerto Rican people who live there. The neighborhood is a disgrace and filled with drug dealers and addicts everywhere. Sad to live like that.
