Air Quality Concerns Persist at Tontitown Landfill. Air quality concerns at the Eco-Vista landfill in Tontitown continue to be a growing issue following the latest round of tests. The state Department of Energy and Environment released a report detailing the results of a five-day air quality monitoring test, which began on February 5.
