Nye County looking for man who allegedly damaged Nevada high school
LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The Nye County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help to identify a man who allegedly damaged a Nevada high school. Officials said he was last seen Tuesday around 3 p.m. near Logan Field and Air Force roads in Tonopah. NCSO officials said Tonopah High School was damaged.
Rising Water Shuts Down Sparks Intersections; Sand, Bags Available Across Northern Nevada
Several Sparks intersections are currently closed due to rising water along Rock Blvd. Police say the intersections of I-80, Hymer and Victorian Avenues are closed. A Flood Watch is posted for the Truckee Meadows, including southern Washoe County, Carson, Douglas, Lyon, Mono, and Mineral Counties through Wednesday evening because of strong thunderstorms.
