Pre-kindergarten application opens for all Beauregard children from birth to 4

Beauregard Parish schools will begin application processing for children eligible for early childhood programs for the 2024-2025 school year through the Beauregard Parish Online Enrollment System.

This is the fourth year that Beauregard Parish has provided a district-wide application program and the fourth year for the online portal. An online, centralized enrollment system streamlines the process and is more convenient for parents to complete from home or on their time schedule.

Families can complete the application and upload documents at https://beau.edgear.net/register/ by using a computer, Chromebook, iPhone, Android, tablet or
other device connected to the Internet. Each school and the district will also host application events for families needing assistance.

The application window will begin on Friday, March 1, and end on Saturday, March 31.

Families can apply using the Online Enrollment System any day during this time window or attend one of the application events.

Parents can attend the district wide application event at the Title I Center, 506 Martin Luther King Drive in DeRidder, on March 28 by calling 337-463-5905 to schedule an appointment or at the school in their zone according to the following schedule:

East Beauregard Elementary — March 4-6
K. R. Hanchey Elementary — 9-11 a.m. March 5 -6
Merryville High School — 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. March 22
Singer High School — noon-4 p.m. March 4 and March 6 and  8 a.m.-noon March 5 and March 7
South Beauregard Elementary — 8:30 a.m.-noon March 1, 8, 15, and 22.
