General manager Ben Cherington discussed such a possibility on Sunday, via Noah Hiles of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and he mentioned just Wednesday that the team has an abundance of pitching that could appeal to other clubs (also via Hiles).

Hello, Northsiders! I’m eager to share with you some of the important work I’ve been doing in Harrisburg and back at home. I was proud to cast my affirmative vote for a basic education funding bill that would help get our public schools the dollars they need to assist students, teachers and staff, and I spoke in support of the bill prior to passage. Cranberry board updated on how state budget affected district funds
During Monday’s board meeting, Cranberry School District business manager Karen Rupert updated the board on the 2024-25 state budget’s impact on the district. Additional funds for the Ready to Learn program may be used for class size reduction. However, Rupert expressed disappointment with the $52,000 reimbursement for cyber schools, far short of the expected $600,000. The district also received funds for school safety.
