Man Steals From Cortlandt's King's Ferry Yacht Club: Police
Buchanan resident John Disclafani was arrested on Thursday, July 18 in connection with an alleged burglary in Cortlandt, New York State Police announced on Friday, July 26. According to state police, at 5:15 a.m. on the day of Disclafani's arrest, a burglary was reported at the King's Ferry Yacht Club at 238 Kings Ferry Rd.

NEWBURGH – Several residents were displaced after a fire at 103 Liberty Street in Newburgh on Thursday night. The blaze at the four-story building was reported at 8:08 p.m. Fire crews identified a strong odor of smoke on the upper three floors, which led to the discovery of a small fire in a bedroom on the third floor. The fire was quickly put out using a single sprinkler, limiting the spread of the fire and smoke damage to the building.
