Beaverton will soon have a new spot for fast casual bites.

Rush Bowls, a Colorado-based restaurant that serves healthy meals packed conveniently into a bowl, will open its second Oregon location in Beaverton on Saturday, July 13.

The menu features smoothies, fruit and veggie bowls, grab-and-go protein bites and even specialty products for pups. If you get to the grand opening early enough to be one of the first 50 customers, you can try a bowl on the house.

“We’re very pleased with the overwhelming positive response we’ve received so far,” franchise owner Adebola Adewumi, said in a release. “The immense support from the local community confirms my confidence that Rush Bowls will quickly become a go-to spot for locals.”

The new restaurant will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays, and is located at 14925 S.W. Barrows Road in Progress Ridge.

“It’s always exciting to see Rush Bowls continue to expand, and we couldn’t be more proud to open our second location in Oregon,” Rush Bowls CEO Andrew Pudalov said in the release. “We look forward to seeing how Beaverton embraces the new location.”
