    New Convenience Store in Wilson, NC

    NEW STORE, OLD MEMORIES:

    A blast from the past being opened soon! Okay, so maybe not a blast from the past for all, but for those who love slushies, snacks and a quick pit stop than this one's for you.

    7-Eleven plans to have their doors open to the public at 6 A.M. on August 30th, 2023. The District Manager Crystal Gibson has confirmed that the store's first day of operation is scheduled for the last Wednesday in August after hiring an official store manager this month.

    The grand opening is on September 07th, 2023 with the Wilson Champer of Commerce. 7-Eleven plans to have different events planned but have yet to announce what they will be.

    At this time store employees are finishing up stocking and getting the floor ready for the general public to come and enjoy a good time. As well as the staff being full trained during this time as well.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    Fully stocked coffee bars with several machines, a drink bar including nine flavors of Slurpees, and hot food bars with options for everyone. As well as everything the normal gas station has to offer. The store will offer 4,872-square-feet of store and eight total gas pumps.

    NOW HIRING:

    At this time, the 7-Eleven in town is still hiring for associate positions. The job listings can be found on 7-Eleven's website. You can find the new store locations at the intersection of Airport Blvd and Raleigh Rd Parkway.

    Why is this news? Wilson doesnt need more gas stations. It needs more infrastructure, housing, and greenways.
