    Man arrested after holding gun to ex-girlfriend’s head in Beckley

    BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man was arrested after he pulled a gun on his ex-girlfriend as she walked out of her apartment and then followed her to a Sheetz in Beckley.

    According to a criminal complaint, the victim reported that the incident began when she stepped out of her residence on Mason Street on June 28, 2024.

    She stated that her ex-boyfriend, David Pfsot, approached her from behind and held a gun to her head.

    According to the victim, Pfsot threatened to kill her and demanded to know who was in her apartment.

    In an attempt to escape, the victim began walking away from Pfsot, who followed her to Sheetz on Robert C. Byrd Drive.

    Upon arriving at Sheetz, the victim informed a cashier of the situation.

    The victim had obtained a Domestic Violence Protection Order (DVP) against Pfsot earlier that morning but it had not yet been served to Pfsot.

    Pfost was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault.

    He is currently at Southern Regional Jail on a $6,000 bond.
