BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority is looking to hire a permanent Office Manager for their Beckley office.
West Virginia tourism is booming, but how does this affect housing? This position is full time and includes benefits.
Duties for this position are the following:
- Assisting with purchasing documents
- Assists with deposits and making deposits.
- Posts data entry into multiple computer software
- Organizes office operations
- Assists with HR duties (PEIA, Retirement, etc.)
- Assists with managing social media
- Prepares for meetings
- Attends meetings
- Drafts letters, emails, and other documents for the Executive Director
- Coordinates with other park staff, Accountant, and others
- Required to know how to use Microsoft word, Excel, Quickbooks, Zoom, and other software
- Required to use and manage social media
- Must answer phones and make phone calls
- Greets customers and provides support to visitors
