Family entertainment center to open 2 more N.J. locations
Launch Entertainment, a family entertainment franchise, has signed an agreement to add three new locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Cardinal Bar and Downtown Flat at Creekside Spice Up Congress Street in Berkeley Springs
Things are booming on Congress Street in Berkeley Springs. The Cardinal Bar will open by the end of the year – hopefully by the Apple Butter Festival. The proprietor, Ted Martin, worked in construction in the Baltimore area, owns land in Great Cacapon and plans on building a home there. Martin purchased the Congress Street building from Gale and Gareth Foulds and teamed up with a bar owner in Raleigh, North Carolina, where there is a similar Cardinal Bar.
